I had a lovely stay at this modern hotel right in the heart of Newcastle. The location was perfect for exploring the nightlife, shopping, and even heading to the Newcastle Utd ground. The staff was friendly, but I did have some issues with the breakfast experience and the bed comfort. Still, overall, a great value for a city center hotel.

My stay was thoroughly enjoyable thanks to the spacious and modern Premier Plus room that made for a comfortable retreat. The location is unbeatable, being close to various shops and restaurants which added to the overall experience. However, I did encounter a bit of a wait at check-in and breakfast due to lack of staff presence, which is something they could improve. Overall, it offers great value for what you pay.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic, with friendly staff and a central location that made exploring much easier. The room was spacious and clean, which enhanced my overall comfort. While I loved the hotel overall, I was disappointed to find a stained pillowcase and faced some challenges with customer service regarding a lost charger. It would have been great to resolve that more easily.

The spacious rooms were a delight, and the excellent location made it easy to explore Newcastle's vibrant areas. The staff were polite and approachable, and the breakfast offered a great variety. However, the only downside was a slight hiccup with cash payments for breakfast, but this was minor compared to the overall experience.
